Perbedaan Kadar Protein Human Cpp (Copeptin) Berdasarkan Lama Menderita Pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus

Diabetes mellitus is a big public health problem in Indonesia. The length of time suffering from DM associated with decrease the function pancreatic beta cells resulting insulin resistance, which occurs type 2 diabetes mellitus. Insulin resistance can be determined by measuring copeptin levels. aim this study was to determine differences levels human CPP protein (copeptin) patients based on suffering. This research observational analytic cross sectional design. Samples were taken outpatients at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital as many 20 samples, then samples examined for using ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) method. results showed that average level ≤ 3 years 1054 pg/mL and > 899 pg/mL.
